Our Seventh Year: Character Matters

Later this month, twenty one students, grades four through twelve will begin a year of discovery and action.

Wisdom, Courage, Humanity, Justice, Temperance, and Transcendence will be character qualities that we define, explore, and look to apply to ourselves as we deepen our relationships with those in our community who live without a home they can call their own.

Though we are so often apart and separated from each other, we are, all of us, connected together in multiple ways.

Who are our neighbors? What responsibilities do I have to them? And they to me?

I know that I have been continually reflecting on these questions this past year. I hope to discover more of the answer in the months to come.
